We are by far the largest Union Branch for staff in Croydon Council with around 2,200 members, with approximately 30 Branch Officers, Stewards and Health and Safety Representatives we are best equipped to look after your interests.

We are also the only Union Branch for Croydon Council staff with:

• Self-Organised Groups dealing with issues relevant to Black, Disabled, Lesbian and Gay Members.

Croydon UNISON has been very successful in local negotiations for a career break scheme, a workplace nursery, a new technology agreement and a redeployment scheme.
